Our next scheduled creditor disbursement is Friday, January 16, 2009. Effective 10/01/08, our Trustee Fee is 6.6%. Debtor refunds are processed on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month, except for the months of November and December, when they are processed only on the 2nd Friday.
